If Zopigo declares a package lost, delivery and RTO fees will be fully reimbursed to the seller's account.
Upon service termination, remaining miles will be processed as a Cheque or Demand Draft to the registered company address.
In cases of non-delivery, any COD charges deducted from the seller's Miles Account will be reimbursed.
If packages are returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, RTO charges may apply.
All refunds are processed through your registered Miles Account or original payment method.
